The Story
There is a curse going on that no one seems to understand. In the quest of trying to recognize its effects, something more important arises; a bond beyond the burden it brings. Could it be that what appears as a curse is, in fact, a hidden blessing? Perhaps those affected by it are misinterpreting its origin, wielding it with caution, worn by its weight yet unaware of the deeper connections it forges?INTERLUDE 1

Currently in college, quietly keeping to herself, Xennie cherishes her close-knit circle of friends and family. She also works small part-time jobs to help with her family's financial affairs.

After a tumultuous past, Mitera transformed her tough trajectory; now thriving in a relatively tranquil career as a high school teacher. With wisdom and debatable warmth, she seeks to steer students away from similar struggles.

After the tragic loss of her husband, she didn’t fall apart.
She went to work.Now she’s a full-time massage therapist and part-time miracle worker — smoothing out knots, stress, and the barely-contained panic of holding a family together with two hands and not enough hours in the day.Scraping by? Yeah. Barely.
But behind every calm voice and warm towel is a woman still fighting tooth and nail for the one thing she’s always wanted:

When does the story take place relative to your other works?
While some events of their past and future collide, the stories don't usually happen at the same time. This timeline shows the chronological order of important story moments.This does not spoil anything that you weren't already supposed to know.
How is the story written?
The main episodes are written out as a whole, with a few exceptions—some scenes are intentionally left open to be written on the fly as the pages are being created. Each episode begins with a rough outline of the key events that need to happen, and from there, the story unfolds scene by scene, allowing it to reach those milestones in a natural and organic way.As mentioned, a few scenes are purposefully left blank during planning so they can be developed in the moment. This gives the story a more natural, ad-libbed rhythm, rather than feeling like it's strictly following a prewritten script.Each main episode is also treated as if it could be the last—written with a sense of completeness. That way, if the story ever needs to pause or conclude—whether it feels like the right stopping point or simply because it's time—it can do so gracefully.Interludes, by contrast, serve as gentle buffers between the bigger main episodes. They’re written alongside the main story they transition into and help buy time for the next chapter to take shape. While the process behind them may be a bit more relaxed, their emotional and narrative value remains just as important. These interludes allow for quieter, slice-of-life moments—letting the characters simply exist and breathe, outside the immediate demands of the plot.
